Terms and Conditions for CHMSU-FT Alumni Management System

1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and CHMSU-FT Alumni Management System. By using this system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content in this system is the property of CHMSU-FT and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written consent from the university.

3. User Content

   When you submit information or content (such as your alumni profile, feedback, or posts), you grant the System the right to use it for alumni engagement purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Privacy

   Your personal information (such as name, contact details, academic and employment records) will be collected and stored securely in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

   Data will only be used for alumni records, communication, and official CHMSU-FT activities. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

   You may request to update or delete your personal data by contacting the Alumni Affairs Office.

5. Limitations

   We are not liable for any damages caused by misuse of the system, technical issues, or unauthorized access beyond our control. We do not guarantee that all information in the system is always complete or error-free.

6. Governing Law

   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the System means you accept the updated terms.
